NUEVE (9)

“9” is a feature - length expansion of Shane Acker’s short film of the same name. The action packed talc takes place in a world parallel to our own, in which the very legacy is threatened. A community of fully mobile rag dolls living a post apocalyptic existence fined one of their own 9 (Eliejah Wood), displaying leadership qualities that may help them to survive.
Nueve or 9 had the ability to calm down the Great Machine which the scientist was created or invented. This machine was meant to be a instrumental progress or creation. The main reason why this machine can function extra vagantly is that because; the more souls that the machine can get; the more powerful it become. In contrary for that, the great machine will be destroy and stop from malfunctioning if a small device attached to it will be remove. In this movie we can see how the creators of this machine suffer because of the people who intend to use it in the bad ways. We noticed that all of the rag dolls that the scientist made are needing a piece of soul so that it will be alive. We relate it in a woman who labors a child, even if she will die she still sacrifice herself so that her child can live in the world and can make a greater achievement thus she didn’t, that also like in a scientist. The great idea for this movie is that, if you die we can still have a chance to live longer the way we want to be and preserve our knowledge by transferring our souls into the rag dolls. As we see now in our country today many new technologist are now invented, who ever knows 10 years or 5 years from now our country will be full of that technologist inventions.
In every good side of a gadget, there are still harmful effects of this if we won’t handle it properly. And these are the two effects: machine turn against human and easy corrupted by the one who controlled it. We should take good care of our gadgets so that it will not cause us troubles. A machine or gadget can barely useful if the person who used it has a good heart and responsible for everything that might happen.

SURROGATES

In the near future, humans live in isolation and only interact through robotic bodies that serve as surrogates. When several humans are murdered when their surrogates are destroyed, a cop (Bruce Willis) investigates the crimes through his own surrogate. After a near fatal encounter, the cop's surrogate is destroyed and forces him to bring his human form out of isolation and unravel a conspiracy behind the crimes.
A surrogate is a movie that will convince you to avail this product. It will make your life easier and convenient. In the brighter side of surrogates. It provides a tremendous amount of hope for the future. To have perfect looks without trips to the gym or plastic surgery. In contrary for that, surrogates us well as the human body can be destroy by a weapon that gives vibration. People are safe all the time, and damage done to a surrogate is not felt by its owner, it is a peaceful world free from fear, pain, and crime. It will not function well if the signal is low. The great benefit of having this, are the ability to leave your home without risk of disease or injury; physically disable people will be able to operate fully synthetic bodies; and we will be persons like anyone else. The harmful effect of this gadget are we can’t experience the happiness of being a human being; we are controlled by the so called “PUPPET – SURROGATES” ; we won’t have the same opportunity to walk, talk, and explore as a human. We can’t feel the warm of the sunshine in the morning and even the cold at night. Our responsibility as a human will be aborted. We can’t enjoy life the way it is perfectly designed by our supreme being. Being true to ourselves is the best and great – achievement we can do as long as we are alive.
The greatest fear of human being is DEATH; yet it’s not an ending. Rather it’s a new beginning. When you sacrifice your own personal desires for a greater cause, a greater good, you never die. You never disappeared. That is what it means to be human. There is no alternative. You can try to escape by living through a puppet or a machine, but deep down inside, you know you’re living a lie. We sacrifice many modern pleasures and conveniences to feel truly connected. Not with machines, but with ourselves. This human condition. This is what gives life meaning.
SIMMILARITIES

As the year passes by, new gadgets are invented. Technologies are the basis of our daily life. Right? In this movie Nueve and Surrogates, we can say that there is 80% that it will happen to us in the near future. This movie are both man- made, a product of a brilliant idea, an invention to make life easier and convenient, a technology- based, and a tragic one because many lives are ruined and vanish.
We can say that there is a limitation for everything and an ending. So use our knowledge in a good way for the good benefit of humanity. As we encounter all of the technologies that man made, hope that we can use it in a good and responsible way. People make some of the irresponsible ways in using the technology but it will come the time that they would realized how important technology is in our life.
Weather this two movie is a cartoon or a human movie still they both helpful in expressing the important and the dangerous thing that may come. This is a good way to show how the technology affects humanity.

STORAGE DEVICES

1. FLOPPY DISK- is a data storage medium that is composed of a disk of thin, flexible ("floppy") magnetic storage  medium sealed in a square or rectangular plastic carrier lined with fabric that removes dust particles.

 2. MEMORY CARD- or flash card is an electronic flash memory data storage device used for storing digital information.

 3. ROM (READ-ONLY MEMORY)- s a class of storage media used in computers and other electronic devices. Data stored in ROM cannot be modified, or can be modified only slowly or with difficulty, so it is mainly used to distribute firmware (software that is very closely tied to specific hardware, and unlikely to need frequent updates).

 4. RAM (RANDOM- ACCESS MEMORY)- The word "RAM" is often associated with volatile types of memory (such as DRAM  memory modules), where the information is lost after the power is switched off. Many other types of memory are RAM as well, including most types of ROM  and a type of flash memory called NOR-flash.

 5. USB ( UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS)- can connect computers peripherals such as mice, keyboards, digital cameras , printers , personal media players, flash drives, Network Adapters, and external hard drives. For many of those devices, USB has become the standard connection method.

OUTPUT DEVICES OF COMPUTERS

1. MONITOR- or display (sometimes called a visual display unit) is an electronic visual display  for computers. The monitor comprises the display device, circuitry, and an enclosure.

  2. PRINTER- is a peripheral which produces a text and/or graphics) of documents stored in electronic form, usually on physical print media such as paper or transparencies.

  3. SPEAKER- or multimedia speakers, are speaker external to a computer, that disable the lower fidelity built-in speaker. They often have a low-power internal amplifier.

4.HEADPHONE- are a pair of small loudspeaker, or less commonly a single speaker, with a way of holding them close to a user's ears and a means of connecting them to a signal source such as an audio amplifier, radio or CD player.

 5. PROJECTOR- is a device that receives a video signal and projects the corresponding image on a projection  using a lens system.

INPUT DEVICES OF COMPUTER

INPUT DEVICES

1. KEYBOARD- is typewrite keyboard, which uses an arrangement of buttons or keys, to act as mechanical levers or electronic switches. After punch cards and paper tape, interaction via teletype-style keyboards became the main input device for computers.

2. MOUSE- is a pointing devices that functions by detecting two-dimensional motion relative to its supporting surface.

3. WEB CAM- is a video camera which feeds its images in real time to a computer or computer network.

4. MICROPHONE-   is an acoustic-to-electric transducer or sensor that converts sound into an electrical signal.

 5. USB( UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS)- can connect computers peripherals  such as mice, keyboards, digital cameras, printers, personal media players, flash drives, Network Adapters, and external hard drives.

expectations♥♥♥

I expect from this subject is to
learn more and many activities to enrich
our thinking skills.
My expectation to the teacher
is to come and dismiss on time..
I hope the teacher is not too strict
